These terms apply to your use of this website and to donations made to Tapti Samagra Social Welfare Foundation, a registered society (Reg. No. 01/06/03/40424/24). By using this website or donating, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Tapti Samagra is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation working across India on river and ghat cleaning, tree plantation, food distribution, winter relief, temple cleaning and public awareness.
2. Donations
- All donations are voluntary and are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We currently accept donations only from Indian citizens and residents, through Indian bank accounts, cards or UPI.
- Donations to Tapti Samagra are not currently eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
- When you choose a cause (for example trees, food packets or blankets), we use your donation for that programme. If a programme is already fully funded, or cannot be carried out, we may use the donation for another of our programmes, where it is needed most.
- The costs shown on the donation page (for example per tree, per food packet or per blanket) are our current average costs and may change.
- A receipt is emailed to the address you provide once the payment is successful. Please make sure your details are correct.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or payment networks.
3. Refunds

4. Volunteering
Volunteers take part in our drives of their own free will and are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Please follow the instructions of our team at every drive, especially near water. Volunteering is unpaid.
5. Use of this website
- Please do not misuse this website, submit false information, or try to disrupt it.
- The text, photos and logo on this website belong to Tapti Samagra unless stated otherwise. Please ask before using them.
- Links to other websites (such as social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent allowed by law, Tapti Samagra is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
