Cleaning is at the heart of Diwali, so on 19 October 2025 Tapti Samagra carried that spirit to the river. Members and local villagers cleaned the entire ghat, removed plastic and waste, and used separate bags to sort the rubsh.
Everyone then performed the aarti of Maa Tapti and pledged to protect the environment. The message was simple: even while celebrating, keeping our river clean is our responsibility — the river is our lifeline.
